Growing up, she excelled as an athlete and learned the importance of resilience, teamwork, and perseverance. Her achievements in sports were matched by her dedication in the classroom, where she demonstrated high levels of discipline and accountability by achieving perfect attendance from first grade through high school graduation—a remarkable 12 consecutive years. This unique accomplishment reflects her commitment to the importance of education, and her belief that showing up is the first step to success.

Kelly has committed herself to creating programs that promote character, leadership, and self-confidence. Whether it’s through youth sports, wellness insights, academic support, or life skills training, she ensures every initiative reflects her belief that young people have the power to positively impact their lives when given the right opportunities and support.
